Everything I am doing is because of my discoveries on the internet and the discovery of natural minerals that could be taken from the earth, polished and set into a piece of jewelry that one of the women in my life wear daily. Most things I have made are being worn today and they don't last in my possesion. My collection is worn I don't get a chance but to take a picture. So it has become easy letting my work go, I do have an attachment to the piece but letting it go is a good thing and makes room for the new.
It makes me get better.
I hope to help people who maybe interested in the lapidary arts along with the art of setting that art. The amount of time put into this hobby will never let it be a business but we have to be able to afford our hobby so we must have a business. After all it is the greatest Tax Right Off to practice my passions. I did not make up the rules, but I will use them to my best interest.
So there you go, to doing something I love and want to share. Anyways it helps feed me and my soul.
